Scotland Run Golf Club Presents: YOGA with Bethany!

Extremes are easy. Balance is hard. Allow Bethany to guide you through a 60 minute yin-yang flow, filled with fun yet challenging postures that help you build heat, gain strength, and test your limits. Ease into the second half of class, where we will focus on passive, cooling, deep, meditative-like postures to soften any mental and physical tension lingering in the body. Stay after class to enjoy your blissed-out-feel-good-post-yoga state of mind with a refreshing mimosa and healthy snack bar! Sunday never felt so good!

Yoga, mimosas and healthy snacks will take place in the beautiful Conservatory, overlooking the sprawling greens of Scotland Run Golf Club. Please make sure to bring your own mat, and don't be late to the party! Spots are limited.
